SEPTEMBER IS HUNGER ACTION MONTH
Help Fight Food Insecurity in Our Community.
Hunger Action Month is a time to come together and take action against food insecurity. Across our community, too many children and families face barriers accessing the nutritious food they need. The J.A. Henry Community YMCA is committed to helping meet that need by preparing, packing and distributing meals to children and families throughout the year.
Through our free meal programs and community partnerships, the J.A. Henry YMCA works to provide reliable access to meals while supporting the health and well-being of local children and families. But we cannot do it alone.
This Hunger Action Month, you can help make a difference in several ways:
Grab a Pumpkin Spice Latte at BeCaffeinated
Enjoy a fall favorite while giving back to your community. A portion of proceeds from every Pumpkin Spice Latte purchased at BeCaffeinated will support the J.A. Henry YMCA and its efforts to provide meals for children and families in need. Learn more about BeCaffeinated's GiveBack Program.
Volunteer at the J.A. Henry YMCA
Give your time and help support local families. Volunteers play an important role in preparing and packing meals for children and families in our community. Whether you volunteer once or become a regular part of our efforts, every helping hand makes a difference.
Give Directly
Your donation helps the J.A. Henry Y continue providing meals and other essential resources to local children and families in need.
