Something's Cooking!

The J.A. Henry Community YMCA's Teaching Kitchen is serving up something sweet! From plant-based protein courses to Southern soul food with a healthy twist, our cooking classes offer something for everyone. The teaching kitchen was funded through a grant from the State of Tennessee.

Join interactive, hands-on sessions led by food and nutrition experts. You’ll learn practical tips, master creative cooking techniques, and discover delicious, wholesome recipes to enjoy at home. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to cook, connect, and savor nutritious meals!

 

Cooking Class Fees

  • $30 for Members
  • $45 for Non-Members

Scholarships Available

  • Up to 100% Fee Coverage
  • Full scholarships are available for those who cannot afford the class fee.
