Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are included with your YMCA membership. The Y has 100s of group exercise and water exercise classes weekly to choose from.

Pool Schedules

The Y offers a welcoming environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Check out our pool schedules and explore lap swim, open swim, water fitness, swim lessons and more.

Gym Schedules

See everything happening in the gymnasium in one place - including open gym hours, group exercise classes, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. Check the schedule to find time for pickup games, structured workouts or casual play that fits your day.

Youth Fitness

YMCA Youth Fitness classes for ages 3–15 help kids build strength, improve endurance, boost coordination and confidence, and make new friends through fun, age-appropriate activities like dance, obstacle courses, conditioning and family fitness. These programs provide flexible options from structured athletic training to playful movement classes, so every child can develop healthy habits and a lifelong love of being active.

Pickleball

Grab your paddle and join the action! The YMCA Pickleball courts are open for all skill levels—whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out. Stay active, connect with friends and enjoy the game everyone’s talking about. We offer a dedicated Pickleball Center at the Cleveland Y and open play time at our other branches.

Racquetball

Reserve a court and enjoy a fast-paced workout that builds agility, endurance and coordination. Whether you’re playing competitively or just for fun, racquetball is a great way to stay active and connect with other members. Available at Downtown and Cleveland. Courts can be reserved in the YMCA360 App.
