Looking for a men's basketball league near you? The Hamilton Family YMCA's adult men's basketball league kicks off May 10, with divisions for ages 30-39 and 40+, players of all experience levels can get in the game.

This league is designed for busy adults who want to stay fit, connected and play some basketball. Games are held on Sundays, making it easy to fit into your week.

SEASON OVERVIEW

Format: 3-on-3; five players required per team

Cost: $350 per team

Start date: May 10

Game days: Sundays

Tournament: June 14

No games: May 24 (Memorial Day observance)
