Farm-to-Table Cooking Class at the J.A. Henry YMCA

Fresh, local ingredients can transform the way you cook — and eat. Join Chef Meghan Lewis for a hands-on cooking class focused on simple, flavorful recipes that highlight the best of the season.
Designed for anyone interested in making the most of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share, this class will guide you through creative ways to prepare fresh produce while building confidence in the kitchen. You’ll learn practical techniques, reduce food waste and bring new inspiration to your weekly meals.
Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to expand your skills, you’ll enjoy a supportive, community-centered experience that makes healthy eating approachable and fun.
Cost: $30 members | $45 non-members
Scholarships: Available up to 100% of the class fee
