These classes are designed to empower communities and support local health and wellness initiatives by helping current and soon-to-be mothers make informed nutrition choices for themselves and their families.
Supported by the American Heart Association’s Healthy for Good™ initiative, the Maternal Nutritional Cooking Classes provide practical tools, confidence and knowledge to prepare affordable, heart-healthy meals.
