Spin & Stretch: Revitalize Your Ride!

 

Starting Oct. 8 & Oct. 10 | 10:00 - 11:00 AM | Spin Room

Join us for our Spin & Stretch class, where you’ll enjoy a perfect blend of high-energy cycling and essential recovery! Over the course of an hour, participants will kick off with 45 minutes of interval-based training designed to maximize metabolic effort, followed by 15 minutes of guided stretching to promote recovery and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, making it a great option whether you’re just starting out or looking to enhance your routine.
