Yoga Series of yoga postures with focus on the breath, sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release. Class variations may include slow flow, gentle yoga, and/or Yin/Yang yoga.

Chair Yoga Offered to seniors and incorporates chair and yoga postures.  Downtown, Hamilton 
Pilates Designed to improve flexibility and strength in  a non-impact, balanced system of body/mind control.  Downtown
Barre A combination of ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The barre is utilized for exercises focusing on isometric strength training, reps, and small range of motion movements. May vary by location and/or include the use of light weights or mat.  Downtown, Hamilton
