PilatesDesigned to improve flexibility and strength in  a non-impact, balanced system of body/mind control. Downtown
BarreA combination of ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The barre is utilized for exercises focusing on isometric strength training, reps, and small range of motion movements. May vary by location and/or include the use of light weights or mat. Downtown, Hamilton
Bodies in MotionSpecifically designed for individuals with diverse disabilities. Small group fitness program includes strength training, cardio and dance fitness. Caretakers should attend as needed for any individual needs of participants.Downtown
