About Dr. Durall:
Dr. Amanda Durall is a kinesiology instructor and experienced fitness professional with nearly 15 years of experiencehelping individuals become more active, train smarter, and enjoy movement.
She is passionate about fitness education and empowering people to understand the “why” behind exercise so they can make informed, sustainable choices about their health.
Dr. Durall earned her Doctorate in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2020. She currently teaches both undergraduate and graduate kinesiology courses at California Baptist University.
Outside the classroom and gym, Dr. Durall enjoys reading, leading group fitness classes and chasing after her three kids.
