Teen Power Hour
Launching March 2
Teen Power Hour is a strength and conditioning class for ages 12–16. The class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30–5:15 pm in Gym A.
This program helps teens build total-body strength, improve speed and agility, and learn proper form in a safe, supportive environment.
Free for members.
Meet the Trainer
Jaelyn Jones is a certified personal trainer with degrees in exercise science and sports administration from Arkansas State University, where he was a four-year football player. He specializes in youth sport-specific training, with an emphasis on proper technique and strength development.
