Liz Hathaway

Liz Hathaway

Liz Hathaway, Ph.D., MPH, M.Ed. is a UC Foundation Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she focuses on health behavior change and psychology of sport and exercise. She has published 20 articles in ACSM’s Health & Fitness journal aimed at delivering practical, science-based insights including one article titled, “Making Health a Habit.” Her interests include helping individuals make long lasting, positive behavior change. When she’s not teaching, she’s learning herself, pursuing her 6th degree in Applied Sport Psychology.

Amanda Durall

amanda durall

Amanda Durall, Ed.D, MPH is a Kinesiology instructor and fitness professional with over a decade of experience teaching others how to move well. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Group Exercise Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Mobility Specialist. As a mom of three, she is passionate about practical and sustainable approaches to exercise. When she’s not leading group fitness classes at the Y, she teaches in the online undergraduate and graduate Kinesiology programs at California Baptist University.
