Sports Nutrition Cooking Class

Fuel your performance with this Sports Nutrition workshop led by Liv Mertens, a registered dietetic intern. Learn what to eat before, during and after exercise, how to balance protein and carbohydrates, and how to approach calorie intake for training and recovery. Includes snack samples.
This class is primarily instructional and discussion-based for athletes of all levels.
Cost: $30 members | $45 non-members
Scholarships: Available up to 100% of the class fee
