Join us for our Spin & Stretch class, where you’ll enjoy a perfect blend of high-energy cycling and essential recovery! Over the course of an hour, participants will kick off with 45 minutes of interval-based training designed to maximize metabolic effort, followed by 15 minutes of guided stretching to promote recovery and flexibility.
