Get ready for exciting new classes launching Sunday, March 2! We’re adding three amazing options to our schedule that you won’t want to miss.
ZUMBA
Join us for Zumba at 10 a.m. on Sundays in the aerobics room for a fun, high-energy workout that’ll get you moving and burning calories to the rhythm of great music.
YOUTH BOXING
We’re offering Youth Boxing at 12 p.m. in the aerobics room. This class is for kids ages 10-16; while parent participation is encouraged, it’s not mandatory. Youth Boxing a great way for your young athlete to build strength and confidence while learning the fundamentals of boxing.
YOGA
Finally, we’re excited to announce the launch of a new Yoga class, starting at 10 a.m. on Sunday, March 2, in the Activities Center. This class offers the perfect opportunity to stretch, relax and find your inner calm.
Whether you’re looking to dance, get fit, or practice mindfulness, our new classes offer something for everyone!
