Barbell BlastGroup  exercise strength training the functional way!  High energy, heart-pumping music, some  barbells - combine them with a variety of functional equipment. Great and  effective strength training workout!Cleveland
BarreA combination of postures inspired by ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop for exercises focusing on isometric strength training (body is still while contracting a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Body StepStep up your fitness regime with our popular Les Mills Body STEP™ class – a full-body cardio workout to tone your butt and thighs. Our Body STEP™ fitness class by Les Mills combines basic step moves with killer cardio exercises such as burpees, push ups and weight plate workouts that will target your upper body.  This class be modified for ALL levels and we are teaching the basics of each step move.  This class will be 45 min.Cleveland

Body Pump EXPA class for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate  barbell weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body  workout. BODYPUMP Express is a 45-minute workout. Members should arrive 10  minutes before class to set up their equipment.Cleveland
BootCampMilitary-style, full body workout class. Improve strength, speed, agility and body composition, through calisthenics, HIIT, dumbbell and body weight movements. Great for all fitness levels.Hamilton
Circuit Training This is a dynamic class set up in a circuit training style. Class will be designed to move from station to station completing exercises for time or number of reps, or to complete series of both strength and cardio exercises in a full body circuit workout.  This class will provide you with a balanced mixture of cardio and weight resistance while targeting all your major muscle groups. HIITHIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) class offers segments of different types ofcardio, strength and core based formats that can change every week. Each segment will be approximately 20 minutes long. If you are somebody who likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. Integrity BoxingDo you want to get in fighting shape, or take your fitness to the next level? Glove up and get fit with boxing, HIIT. Integrity Boxing is a challenging class using tried and true boxers endurance training. You’ll shadowbox, hit heavy bags, use kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and body weight calisthenics to get in top shape. Personal boxing gloves are required. Class space limited.Hamilton
Low ImpactJoin the fun and fellowship. This class focuses on low-impact aerobics, strength training and balance training. Low Impact is great for beginners or those returning to exercise.

Muscle MaxA  strength training class which uses weights and your own body weight to  maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body. PiloxingThis fusion class is a mix of Pilates and Boxing geared towards women, with the mental and physical goal of attaining a powerful self image. This form of exercise will sculpt and elongate your muscles while strengthening your core.North River
Power HourA full body workout that focuses on progression at your own level with the incorporation of strength using weights, power movements, fat-burning aerobic activity, core work, and flexibility using multiple exercise mediums. This is a small group training class.Cleveland
