Rising Rock CrossFit Series of yoga postures with focus on the breath, sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release. Class variations may include slow flow, gentle yoga, and/or Yin/Yang yoga. 


Les Mills BODY PUMP BODYPUMP is the "original barbell" class that strengthens the entire body through moves like squats, lifts, rows, curls, presses and more. Challenges every muscle group through barbell/plates/dumbbell equipment and high reps.  Downtown, Hamilton, Cleveland, North River
Muscle Max A strength class that uses weights and body weight to maximize strength and work the entire body.   Downtown, Hamilton, Cleveland
