Senior Fitness (Cardio or Circuit) Total body conditioning that involves resistance training, high-intensity work, and exercises performed in a circuit.  Hamilton, North River, North Georgia 
Senior Classic Strength & balance that incorporates rhythm movement. No cardio in this class.  Hamilton 
Senior Balance  Stationary strength class that helps improve balance, memory & coordination.  Hamilton
