North River Youth Soccer

YMCA Youth Soccer promotes physical fitness, enhances motor skills, fosters teamwork and more in children of all ages.

The North River Family YMCA offers co-ed youth soccer leagues in the spring and fall, and clinics are offered in the summer.

Fall 2026 soccer practices and games will be hosted at Alpine Elementary. Games will begin as early as 8:00 am and continue until each team has played their scheduled game. All players will receive a YMCA Soccer Jersey. Parent/guardian must provide shorts, shoes and shin guards.

All teams will play 6 guaranteed games.

Make-up games: played during the week or on Saturday

Soccer Clinics

Players are put on teams in age divisions based on birth date.

Age Group        Birth Year

4 and under                From 2022-2024
6 and under                From 2020-2022
8 and under                From 2018-2020

Weather Policy:

If there is a severe weather warning in effect, games and/or practices will be called off. If it is raining, unless the conditions of the fields are being compromised, practices and games will resume.
