FAITH LED EXERCISE

Join us for an 8-week faith-based exercise program that focuses on strengthening both body and spirit in the outdoors. 

  • Duration: 8 weeks
  • Open to: Women ages 18+
  • Information Session: June 19 at 11 a.m.
  • Start Date: July 10 at 11 a.m.
  • Weekly Schedule: Our session will begin with meaningful scripture and conclude with a time of reflection and stretching.
