Kick Off the New Year
2026 New Year Challenge
Start strong and stay motivated with the YMCA’s New Year Challenge, running Jan. 15 – Feb. 15, 2026. This monthlong fitness challenge is designed to help Y members build healthy habits, stay accountable and jump-start their wellness journey.
How to participate:
Scan in at the Y three times per week
Attend a group exercise class or complete a wellness consult*
Pick up your challenge card at the front desk to get started!
*Members must receive YMCA staff initials on their challenge card to verify participation in a group exercise class or wellness consult.
