Take time to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect — with your body and your mind. Starting May 6, the Downtown Family YMCA is excited to add another Slow Flow Yoga class to the schedule. This gentle and accessible class is designed to help you move with intention and ease.
Led by Charlotte Bastnagel, a skilled and supportive instructor, this class blends breathwork with slow, mindful movement to help improve flexibility, build strength and reduce stress. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking for a more grounded, meditative practice, Slow Flow Yoga offers a welcoming space to restore and recharge.
