Are you ready to take your Athletic Performance to the Next Level?

 

Rising Rock Youth Athletic Performance, launching September 23!

 

Led by experienced Head Coach Cassidy Tennille, these sessions are designed to elevate young athletes' performance across a variety of sports and competitions.

Whether you're a budding soccer star, a future track champion, or passionate about any sport, this program will provide tailored training to enhance your strength, agility, mobility and endurance. Coach Cassidy brings a wealth of experience and a passion for youth development, ensuring each session is engaging, challenging, and fun.

 

Membership Required. Youth individual memberships: $45 (Income-based Membership available)

 

Ages:

  • 13 - 19

 

Monthly Rates:

  • 1 session per week - $60

  • 2 sessions per week - $120

  • 3 sessions per week - $180

 

Session Days & Times:

  • Mon & Wed - 6:30 -7:30 pm

  • Sat - 2:00 - 3:00 pm
