Join us for a rejuvenating 7-week special class of Pilates & Yoga amidst the crisp fall air, right outside the Cleveland Y in our lush grass area. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class offers the perfect opportunity to improve physical health & emotional wellness while enjoying the beauty of the Fall season.
