"Q" Starts her Day at the Y

"Q" is our member of the month, serving up inspiration in our September "It's 5 AM Somewhere" Campaign. A regular at the Hamilton Family YMCA, Q has lost 80 pounds over the last year. She's found her strength through Circuit group exercises classes at the Y. Q usually starts her mornings at 4 am, getting up early so she's ready to rock her workout at the Y at 5 am. Having a determined mindset, Q has been on a wellness journey, with the YMCA at the center of her efforts. We sat down with her to hear more about what she has achieved so far, what she loves about the Y and what's ahead.
