YOGA WITH THE SUN

Join us poolside for sunrise or sunset YogaStetch. Increase flexibility, balance, and tone while strengthening core muscle groups and improving mental focus. All poses can be performed standing or seating. Start or end your day in peace. 

SUNRISE YOGA:
Occurs on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday
June 13, 27, July 11, 25, Aug. 8
7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

SUNSET YOGA:
Occurs on the 1st & 3rd Monday
June 5, 19, July 3, 17, Aug. 7
8:15 - 9:15 p.m.

Classes are FREE for members.
