Get ready to move, sweat and have fun with brand-new classes. From high-energy dance fitness with ZUMBA + LIFT, to strength training and agility with Adult Boxing (18+), there’s something for every fitness level.
The best part, you can come sample the classes before official sessions begin.
Zumba + Lift
Dance, strengthen and energize your workout routine with Zumba + Lift. This class combines upbeat cardio dance moves with strength-focused lifting for a full-body workout that keeps you moving.

Adult Boxing (18+)
Build confidence, endurance and strength in Adult Boxing. Participants will learn boxing fundamentals while improving cardio fitness in a supportive, high-energy environment.
