Adaptive Outdoor Bootcamp: Inclusive Fitness for All
Looking for a fitness program that meets you where you are, celebrates your strengths and supports your goals? Adaptive Outdoor Bootcamp is a high-energy workout class specifically designed for adults with physical or cognitive disabilities.
Held every Monday at 5:30 p.m., this class offers an inclusive environment where individuals of all ability levels can improve their strength, endurance, mobility and self-confidence. This class provides a space where everyone is encouraged, respected and empowered.
Each session features a variety of adapted exercises tailored to meet the abilities of each individual. Led by trained instructor Cassidy with experience in adaptive fitness, the workout is structured to ensure safety, accessibility and personal success.
Caregivers are welcome to participate or assist, helping to create a community of shared support and motivation. This isn’t just a workout — it’s a chance to connect, move and thrive together in a safe outdoor space where everyone belongs.
