MOM MVMT: Small Group Training for Moms

MOM MVMT is a small group training experience designed specifically for moms in all stages of their fitness journey. Led by Karen Dixon, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist, these sessions focus on building strength, restoring core and pelvic floor function, and improving overall well-being through functional movement. 

Groups consist of 3–4 women, allowing for personalized attention while fostering a sense of community and accountability. Each session will be structured around progressive overload to ensure safe, effective results over time. Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, rebuilding confidence, or simply carving out time for yourself, MOM MVMT is here to support and empower you. 

 

DATE: Classes begin June 3

TIME: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10–11 AM

COST: PRICE: $750 for 8 one-hour sessions (3–4 moms per group)

  • $32 per person (for a group of 3) 
  • $24 per person (for a group of 4)

Karen Dixon, NASM Certified Trainer & Women’s Fitness Specialist

"I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist with a passion for helping busy women build sustainable fitness habits through effective workouts designed for their unique needs. From postpartum recovery to functional performance- I am here to support your fitness journey and bring back the confidence in you. I find joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help women just like you. I know exactly how you feel. I don't have to try to put myself in your shoes as I have walked in your shoes and I can now help you turn your health and wellness around. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health related issues."
