MOM MVMT: Small Group Training for Moms-to-be!
MOM MVMT is a small group training experience designed specifically for soon-to-be moms in all stages of their fitness journey. Led by Chaise, these sessions focus on building strength, restoring core and pelvic floor function, and improving overall well-being through functional movement.
These sessions are limited to 8 spots, allowing for personalized attention while fostering a sense of community and accountability. Each session will be centered around prenatal fitness and recovery, pelvic floor strength and functional performance.
