Active Older AdultsA functional, strength building class for older adultsCleveland
Range of MotionThis class provides individuals with arthritis a recreational group exercise program in a safe environment.  The class is appropriate for those who have less cardiorespiratory endurance, have mild to severe joint limitations, or are in rehabilitation after injuries.  Benefits include decreased joint pain and stiffness by improving joint flexibility, muscle strength, balance, and coordination.  Water shoes are recommended, but not required.  No swimming skills are required. Cleveland
Zumba GoldLatin-inspired cardio dance. This class is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements and low impact. **AL LEVELSCleveland, Downtown

Senior SplashActivate your aqua exercise urge for variety! Senior Splash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required.Hamilton
Gentle YogaThis class is designed to revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress. For beginners; people with back, joint, or heart problems, or experienced students who want a slower pace, less strenuous class.Cleveland
