New Introduction to Yoga series offered at the Downtown Family YMCA! 

  • Small group training class to introduce participants to basic Yoga fundamentals.
  • Adults 18-85 years old
  • Improve posture, balance, lung capacity and flexibility. Grow leaner, increase body awareness & confidence!
  • Saturdays from Feb. 1 - March 7
    • Red Wolves Den in the Downtown Family YMCA lobby
    • 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Members $65 / Non-members $80 (for the series)
