Join in the festive fun with Halloween games, activities and costume contest at the Downtown Family Y from Oct. 27 - 31! Send in pictures of yourself and your friends for the chance to win awesome prizes! Three adults and three children will win prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place costumes!
