2025 CrossFit® Open: Join the Action

 

Rising Rock CrossFit is gearing up for an exciting three-week journey as we take part in the 2025 CrossFit® Open! This community-focused competition kicks off soon and we invite you to be a part of the action!

 

What is the CrossFit® Open?

The CrossFit® Open is a three-week event where athletes of all skill levels compete in a series of workouts designed to challenge your fitness across multiple domains. It's a test of strength, endurance, agility and overall athleticism; this year, Rising Rock CrossFit is proud to be participating.

 

CrossFit® Open Friday Night Lights:

  • February 28 at 5:00 pm
  • March 7 at 5:00 pm
  • March 14 at 5:00 pm

COMPETE IN THE OPEN

Compete

Athletes must preregister with the official CrossFit® Open organization. Cost starts at $20. Registration fee goes directly to the CrossFit® Open, not Rising Rock or the YMCA.
