Summer Day Camp 

  • Boys & Girls ages 5-15
  • YMCA Program Center with off-site activities
  • Based on limited space. We strongly recommend parents register their child early to ensure the camper's spot in the program. 

Before/After camp activities are available from 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.
Camp activities: 9 a.m. -4 p.m.

Drop off and pick up are held at Fort Oglethorpe UMC Gym

YMCA Provides: 

  • Quality supervision by trained adult leaders. 
  • 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day. 
  • A variety of planned field trips and swimming, as well as transportation costs. 
  • Breakfast and Lunch each day of camp (USDA Summer Feeding Program)
  • A daily schedule of activities for parent communication. 

Parents Provide: 

  • Clothing for play, which includes tennis shoes
  • An afternoon snack (coolers welcome) and drink for each day of camp. 
  • Swimsuit/towel
  • Camper's name written on all belongings brought to camp. 
  • Clothing necessary based on weather.
