Private sessions are composed of a combination of apparatus and raised matwork. Clients start at their own level and progression is made from that point. A system of exercise is tailored to clients age, goals and the presence of any prior injury.

  • 3 private sessions - $99 (one time offer price - one per person)
  • 1 session - $55
  • 5 sessions - $250
  • 10 sessions - $450 (best value)

All sessions require an appointment with 24 hour notice of cancellation.
