We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates as well as one on one instruction for those preferring a more personal setting.

- NEW! Zone Training - Free interval training program* offered in select group exercise classes that uses a heart rate monitor (ANT+ Bluetooth capability required - or can be purchased at the Y front desk). Software displayed on a TV screen allows ou to check that you are training at the suggested intensity. Free to members (arm band not included) at Downtown, Hamilton, Cleveland and North River branches.
