Water Exercise

Water exercise is a great way to stay active, tone muscles and build flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy group classes such as Hydrojog, Aquafit, Active Older Adults or a class specifically designed for combating arthritis. Water exercise is an excellent fitness strategy for cross-training, for the older adult, pregnant women or anyone who is recovering from an injury or surgery because there is little impact on the joints.
