Piloxing

Piloxing

Piloxing uses a high-energy exercise routine consisting of pilates, boxing and dance to provide an intense interval workout. Piloxing strengthens the body's core to maximize the number of calories burned each session. Benefits of piloxing include:
 
  • increased muscular strength
  • improved balance
  • better flexibility
  • improved power, speed and agility


Piloxing is held year-round in monthly sessions.
Sessions are 4 weeks in length and meet twice each week
Monday and Wednesdays
7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Fort Ogelthorpe United Methodist Church
Please enter through the gym entrance at the rear of the building.

Community Members                                    $28 per session

Registration:
Students are required to complete a registration form prior to their first class (will be kept on file). Registration forms are available before class or you may download one here.
