Piloxing uses a high-energy exercise routine consisting of pilates, boxing and dance to provide an intense interval workout. Piloxing strengthens the body's core to maximize the number of calories burned each session. Benefits of piloxing include:

Classes begin in April 2013
Piloxing is held year-round in monthly sessions.
Sessions are 6 weeks in length and meet for three times each week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Non-Members $42 per session
Students are required to complete a registration form prior to their first class (will be kept on file). Registration forms are available before class or you may download one here
