The Hamilton YMCA offers a variety of aquatic options for you and your family.
  • Daily water exercise classes to increase strength, soothe sore jointsand increase metabolism
  • Swim lessons for those new to water and for the experienced swimmer wanting stroke development
  • Open swim for those wanting to just splash around while increasing flexibility, agility and lowering cholesterol
  • Available lap lanes to get in your aqua total body workout; burning fat and building lean muscle
THE SHALLOW END AND LANES 1&2 WILL BE RESERVED EVERY FRIDAY FROM 4:30-6PM FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS TRAINING
